Sunday Sevens – 30th April

Joining in again this week with Sunday Sevens, which was started by Nathalie at Threads and Bobbins.

Last Sunday we ran up to Holsworthy to visit the vintage tractor/vintage bike/vintage car rally…

Although still chilly, it’s been mostly sunny, apart from Tuesday afternoon when the wind whisked up from nowhere and it started snowing – although not enough to settle.

Keep seeing wild garlic all over the place – so pretty…

On Thursday some friends came over late afternoon to stay four dinner. Forgot to take any photos during the evening, but on Friday morning I found these had emptied themselves and for some strange reason my head was rather fuzzy…

With the drier weather I’ve been out cycling rather than cycling in the bedroom. Keep seeing the lovely fluffy calves on my journeys…

As for the men in my life, Lovely Husband has been digging holes to plant trees in…

…and Dear Mr Hicks is still loving the water…

Hope you’ve had a great week1

    1. Actually it wasn’t the snow that was so surprising, but the way the wind whisked up so fast from nothing as if someone had cast a spell! Yep, it was a good night – old friends we’ve known a lot of years πŸ™‚

  1. Looks like your lovely Hubby has been burning the calories by digging huge holes! Wondering what lovely trees will get to rest in the new beds? Aren’t those bottle draining fairies a pest LOL glad to read you had a lovely night with friends πŸ˜‰

  2. An amazing week indeed, love the garden, it is looking so fresh and pretty and green. I am glad you are able to get out and cycle, makes the country and fresh air just so much better.
    Enjoy the warmer weather! πŸ™‚
